2015-06-03 Flowers and Plants

I only have 5 flower photos.  This is a butterfly plant because it attracts butterflies like crazy.  
They were all over the property when we bought the place.  Linda has transplanted some and
got some others from her mom.


These are her day lillies moved here when we built the deck.  They were first planted 3 years ago.


Here's a closeup of two varieties of them.


On the other side of the deck, she planted sego palms.  These things grow to about 3 feet by 4
feet.  The yellow flowers are marigolds.


In front of the house she planted a few more crape myrtles to compliment those that were here
when we bought the place.
