2012 Blake Family Reunion Videos

Here is some of the music performed by Exit 97 Band and others at the Blake Family Reunion
Labor Day Sunday at the Tannehill State Park's old school house.

As I mentioned on the main Blake Reunion page, this isn't the full band.  They created this group from the full band to practice a few gospel tunes and acoustic guitar.  The band opened with an acapella version of the national anthem then sang "I Saw The Light" next.

Exit 97 - "I Saw The Light"

Exit 97's lead singer, Willie, asked us to join the band to sing something.  Cousins Sharron & Lilly Faye sang, "It Wasn't God Who Made Honky Tonk Angels"

Later, Exit 97 invited those of us who brought guitars to join in.  Joseph and I joined them in playing and singing, "Sweet Home Alabama" with a twist.  Willie added "ROLL TIDE ROLL!"  These guys really know how to entertain.
