Front Bedroom - Music Room

The front hallway after carpet removal and primer paint.
Thank the Lord we had lots of family to help. We could never have done this alone. Glen's family and my other son-in-law, Israel, did the most of course but other kids helped a lot as well. Glen is the official home owner 'til we buy the home from him. Israel is our family's professional construction worker.
This closet needed some attention, unlike the Office closet, so we painted it.
Beginning to look better already.
There was a much more severe crack in the paneling in this room.

And here's a closeup of the little ceiling fans Jo Anna and Linda picked out for the three bedrooms. They're small and powerful, really neat.
After carpet was installed we began to get some of our things out of storage. My guitar collection is still at my mother-in-law's house. This room will be a combination guest bedroom and music room when we get it finished.
I got that idea from a good friend. It works well and the closet's large enough to store both spare clothes and music gear when guests are visiting.
