House Exterior
We don't plan on doing a lot
with the exterior until we purchase in late spring. Still, a lot
has been done already thanks to Glen and family.
The first thing he did was remove this old ramp. It's now a bike ramp for his kids to jump with their bicycles.
There were trees blocking the view of the house from the road and boxwood shrubs needed trimming.
There's now a large pile in the front yard waiting to be burned.
He hauled off at least 6 loads of trash, some of which was piled in the back yard.

Here it is again after a lot of work, namely a new roof, A/C replaced moved to the side of the house, house pressure washed, and trash removed.
The old LP take looked pretty grim.
Glen replaced it by going with a different company. Then his brother David generously pressure washed it for us. Looks brand new, doesn't it?
We have a ton of work to do with these old sheds. The material in the roofs is still in good shape. There are three of them. We'll eventually tear down one or two and remodel the remainder.
After a lot of yard work the place is beginning to shape up.
